Note:
- Resellers need to provide information: PNG format logo, website address and company information for vHost to install and deploy.
- Resellers need to provide information including: mail server, username and password for vHost to deploy.
- Resellers need to provide email addresses and login information of departments to be integrated for vHost to deploy.
- Resellers need to provide information about their hosting services in the format of vHost for vHost to declare on the system. In this format, vHost will send the requested information for your agent to declare.
- Your server needs to use the control panels that are popular and supported by WHMSC as shown in the link notification of WHMCS.
- You need to make sure that the hosting services on the control panel on the server have been configured to the configurations (package/plan) as configured in item (4).
- During the import process, the import of missing data will not be supported again. vHost uses the module DNS Manager of software developer ModulesGarden. Currently this module has a cost of $325/year equivalent to 6,500,000VND/year.
- Your reseller is responsible for maintaining the license fee for this module. (Resellers can register directly through vHost). Support for vHost resellers only.
- vHost supports the integration of the following payment gateways: Onepay, Bao Kim, Ngan Luong and Paypal. The integration will be integrated by vHost, however, the agent needs to prepare the contract and the required information to provide the payment gateway to conduct the contract between the agent and the payment gateway.

- Resellers need to register modules to proceed with the integration (refer to the price list of modules right below).
Addons:
- Integrate 01 server into WHMCS: $15/time.
- Import hosting service into WHMSC: $12.5/time.
Note:
Hosting operating WHMCS will be provided by your agent to vHost for vHost to install.
Upgrade WHMCS to keep the system updated with new features, patches to improve security. vHost provides upgrade services to make the upgrade process fast, safe and secure:
- Create a full system backup.
- Minimize downtime.
- Store customizations on the system.
Cost: 1,200,000 VND/time (excluding 10% VAT)
Note: The upgrade service is only valid for one upgrade, and the WHMCS license package allows updating to a new version.
vHost can move the current WHMCS system to another server for you but make sure everything is still working fine:
- Create a full system backup.
- Minimize downtime.
- Make sure the data is migrated successfully.
Cost: 1,500,000 VND/time (excluding 10% VAT)
