vHost has created this policy to demonstrate our commitment to customers’s information security. These are the privacy policies that vHost uses in maintaining and disclosing information collected from customers.

I. SECURE

Individuals and organizations (customers) wishing to use Hosting services, Bare metal servers, etc., who have the right to register to use the services. Customers are responsible for the content and data stored on vHost’s services.

II. THIS DOCUMENT SETS OUT HOW WE WILL DEAL WITH THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

vHost may request personal information from users in a variety of ways, through the orders and invoices, the user is invited to an interview or other cases.

vHost may also collect information about how users access our services: By using a default ID for each user through the use of cookies or other similar ways.

Customers are required to provide the following information, but not limited to

  1. Full name
  2. Address
  3. Company
  4. Phone numbers and fax.
  5. Email address
  6. Payment methods and payment informations.
III. USE OF INFORMATION

1. vHost will only use your information for it’s own use and it will not be shared with third parties.

2. The only possible sharing of your information will be with other government agencies, which require evidence to show we are trading legally. If this is the case all clients involved will be notified of this.

3. We use cookies on this website to monitor your usage and engage you in instant chats. Cookies do not store personal information.

4. If we, in anyway change the way information is shared, or update our policies, all clients will be notified of such activity, before it takes place.

IV. PROMOTIONS AND CUSTOMERS PRIVATE INFORMATION

Customers and users will regularly receive information about products, services, special prices, promotions, or maybe a newsletter of vHost.

V. ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT SERVICES STATUS

This is very rare, we will send a notice related to the temporary suspension of service provision to perform the DataCenter migration, use a different IP or maintain the Server’s hardware, network infrastructure…

VI. PROVISIONS OF LAW

Although we try our best to protect your privacy. However, when we receive the request of the competent investigative agencies in Vietnam or other legal investigating agencies, vHost may need to disclose the customer’s personal information, we believe that is necessary in accordance with applicable procedural law.

Our website may contain links to other websites. Please note that vHost is not responsible for the security of these websites. We encourage you to learn the privacy policies of each site.

VII. CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for keeping his/her login information secure, such as username and password. When you log into vHost’s system, you have full access to your personal information. Make sure you keep your login in a safe place, browsers and don’t share it with anyone else.

Notice that key-loggers, viruses, or other monitoring devices are monitoring your computer with malicious intent, these programs may collect your information when logging into vHost’s system, so you should watch out for such devices, more specially from public computers. In addition, you should always sign out of any kind of services when you are no longer actively using them.

VIII. REQUEST DATA DELETION

In order to give you the best customer experiences, vHost will save all of the data that the customers provide. In the case, the customers no longer use any services at vHost, the customers can send us the request related data deletion here.
