To help you business-like with hosting and domain services similar to vHost without requiring a heavy initial investment, vHost introduces our Reseller Policy. Discounts are flexibly determined based on either the number of active registered domains or the monthly deposit amount, with details as follows:

Definition of Terms
- 1. Discounts are calculated based on the total invoice value, excluding VAT.
- 2. Calculated from the service expiration date.
- 3. Calculated from the service expiration date.
- 4. Only applies to resource audits related to Hosting and Cloud service systems. For Dedicated Server services, vHost only supports auditing systems that have been fully managed by vHost from the beginning.
- 5. Technical consultation must be conducted prior to deployment and service registration.
- 6.Please refer to the Response Time Plans table below.
- 7. Customers must perform the setup according to vHost's instructions. Once the installation is complete, vHost will provide the tools and account to monitor the system.
Response Time Plans
The Response Time Plans dictate the policy for supporting and executing technical requests on the customer’s system according to specific hours for each package. Support requests must be submitted to vHost at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper staffing and resource allocation:
