Due to Paypal auto subscription has caused high dispute rate on our Paypal account recently. This is significant impact our Paypal account and increased work load because we have to check and response to your dispute filing via Paypal. So we will change our payment method as below:
- Old method: Paypal Express Checkout (auto subscription and auto charge your credit card when invoice generated)
- Change to: Paypal (this payment method require you logged in our Billing & Support platform to pay your invoice at your pleasure)
- Effective from: Jan 18th, 2022.
Important information:
- If you’re using PayPal Express Checkout, our system will auto migrate all your payment method and invoice to new payment method.
- We will cancel all auto subscription before Jan 20th, 2022.
- Since we are no longer accept auto subscription. So you have to login to our Billing & Support platform to pay your invoice when we received.
